Eligibility for Returns You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@thegrace-us.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of your reason for returning. Our team will respond promptly and guide you through each step of the process with care and compassion.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs The symbolic shipping contribution paid at checkout is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of packaging and delivering your blessed piece safely to your door. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong piece, please contact us immediately at support@thegrace-us.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Important Notice You will only ever be charged for shipping. The Grace Chapel does not operate subscriptions, recurring billing, or any future charges of any kind.
